How to learn tango dancing?

We have been taking dancing lessons for several years now and it has been a lot of fun -- we are a couple with literally no background in any form of dance so it was a challenge to learn to move our bodies. We have tried mostly ballroom dancing and Lorena has taken some bellydancing lessons but one dance that we have not tried yet is tango. While it is one of the most beautiful dances, it is also somewhat difficult to pull off because the movements are geometrically precise. This is a great video that explains some of the moves and how you can also start learning this passionate dance from Argentina.

Croc pot cooking recipes

There is a delicate battle that we fight each day. We have too little time to cook but we are also trying to eat almost all of our meals that are cooked at home from scratch using ingredients that we often buy fresh and organic. It ain't easy. After spending a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is to spend an hour in the kitchen cooking. One of the many things that you can do to survive is to try croc pot cooking and Grace Parisi has some great recipes in this video.

How to plan a party with less than 10 dollars per guest?

Have you watched one of those cooking shows or party planning programs where they make a big deal about being able to feed one person for less than hundred bucks. Guess what; almost everyone who plans to spend that much does not cook (I have seen that they almost always get a caterer) and those of us who do like to cook and feed our guests home cooked goodies do not like to spend that much money (you can do that even if you serve great wine). That is why when I saw that Seamus Mullen (chef at New York city restaurants Boqueria and Suba) has a great party menu and all it costs is $10, now that makes sense.
