Luxurious capsule hotels
When I lived in Japan, I never had a chance to spend the night in what is known as a “capsule hotel.” Thanks to my employer, I always had a hotel to stay or my apartment to go back to every night. But I did talk to many people who had occasionally spent a night in a capsule hotel. They were extremely convenient if you had a late night at work or missed your train while drinking with friends and colleagues. A clean, safe place to sleep and your clothes would be dry-cleaned by next morning. Looks like the concept has now been extended to Europe and a company called Yotel is offering even a luxury capsule hotel.
