It helps to have a sex video and a prison term to succeed as an entrepreneur. That is what we are seeing with Paris Hilton. I even wonder if the drama surrounding the jail time was orchestrated to create buzz around the celebrity so that she could sell her clothing line bearing what is clearly a great brand name “Paris Hilton.” With women like Victoria Beckham, Shilpa Shetty, Sarah Jessica Parker, Britney Spears, and Amanda Bynes all launching products bearing their stamp of approval, it is good to be a Hollywood celebrity. Many of them have no idea how to design clothes or perfumes but as long as dedicated fans don’t care, let the fun begin (at Kitson).
