I have read several of your articles on Account Management in preparation for an upcoming change in my job responsibilities. My Boss has asked that I create a less "threatening" title than "Account Manager." He feels that a less sales-oriented title would be best.

I work in the industrial manufacturing arena (heat sinks, instrumentation, etc. for the thermal management of electronics).

Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks a lot.

P.S. I'm not familiar with the term "URI."

Hey J can you tell me a little bit more about why you think social media is not worth pursuing. I own an online business and have made a decent amount of leads using social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Linked. J but your right it is useless for most businesses, but its because they are not equipped with the right techniques and knowledge on how to pursue and gain leads without spamming their links ;)
